The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obscale LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obscale LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
